The two teams from the 2026 NBA Finals have started off badly in the 2026-27 regular season. After two games, the New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs are both disappointed and winless.

These struggles will likely last for just a short while because both teams are ready to bounce back. However, that has not alleviated the fans' concerns about their team starting the 2026-27 campaign.

Dylan Harper wants the fans to be less concerned about the two losses

As one of the Spurs' biggest talents, Dylan Harper wants to be playing at the highest level. He and his teammates know that they have not played at their peak just yet, so they are being patient amid the two losses.

Of course, that does not mean that they are taking the losses lightly. They are motivated to do their thing, but it is a long season, so it is definitely not the time to panic after just two losses.

Harper himself resonated with that point because he does not want the fans to get too worried. He made sure to reassure the Spurs fans that the players are listening and will do their best to bounce back.

"How many games are left? Exactly. It's not going to be perfect from day one... Obviously, we're still figuring it out with the group we have, but I feel like if you're concerned this early, you need to have that type of poise and energy to get it right... Long way to go," Harper said about the concerns about the Spurs.

Harper is ready to bounce back, and so are his teammates. The spotlight is on them now after a surprising surge in the 2025-26 season. They will have to deal with that pressure now, and it seems they are all on the same page.
