Isaiah Evans still hasn't announced his decision.
But the writing seems to be on the wall when it comes to the talented Duke Blue Devils guard's NBA future.
On Tuesday, John Blackwell committed to play at Duke out of the transfer portal from Wisconsin.
Cayden Boozer has already announced that he's returning.
Would Blackwell come to Durham if he thought Evans would still be around? That'd be a potential crowding of playing time.

Nope, the obvious read here is that Evans does indeed plan to go to the NBA. He just has to make that official at some point. It'd be a surprise if he didn't.
He didn't play a ton as a freshman but was impactful in limited minutes. As a sophomore, he broke out. He was the Blue Devils' clear second-best player behind Cameron Boozer.
Evans averaged 15.0 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game. He shot 36.1% from 3-point range on high volume, along with 86.0% from the foul line.
At 6-foot-6, Evans is a lanky, athletic wing who could be expected to make outside shots right away at the NBA level.
He probably isn't quite a lottery pick, but he's got a strong case as a first-rounder.
Sure, he'd have another big year at Duke if he stayed.
But at this point, the signs are pointing to a departure for the next chapter in Evans' basketball journey.
