Well, Cameron Boozer sure looks as advertised.
The Duke Blue Devils' 5-star freshman took the court for his first game action on Tuesday. Technically, it was an exhibition game against UCF. But exhibition or not, Boozer put on a show.
The son of NBA great Carlos Boozer put up incredible stats at Cameorn Indoor.
The final line for Cameorn Boozer:
- 33 points
- 12-of-19 FG
- 12 rebounds
- 4 assists
And, well, you've got to see the highlights:
— B/R Hoops (@brhoops) October 22, 2025Important to note here: This isn't an exhibition against some smaller-division school. UCF has had some serious players in recent years. This is a solid clash to prove something, and Boozer certainly proved something.
Duke had the best freshman in the country last season with Cooper Flagg.
This season, Boozer will have competition for that title from the likes of A.J. Dybantsa at BYU and Darryn Peterson at Kansas.
But it might be Boozer who is the most polished and ready to dominate early and often.
If this exhibition is any indication, Boozer is going to have an incredible year.
