Amanda Thorpe, 33, of Lake Mary, was cuffed after cops found her 12-year-old daughter by herself at the CW Shoreline Bar on Saturday night, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by The Post.

Orange County JailWhen police arrived, they discovered the tween “visibly upset, crying, and sitting alone on a bar stool by the bar,” the affidavit said.
The young girl told Orange County deputies that her mother took her to the bar, which is alongside Universal’s CityWalk lagoon, but left her there after getting angry and cursing the 12-year-old out, documents alleged.
Thorpe stormed out of the bar after becoming upset by something a patron said, and the child’s desire to go back to the hotel room.
“An unidentified patron of the bar stated something that upset Amanda. Amanda then stated that she wanted to go to the Red Coconut Club, to which [REDACTED] responded that she wanted to go back to the hotel room because she was tired,” read the affidavit, which redacted her daughter’s name.
“Amanda got livid with [REDACTED], displayed the middle finger, said, ‘(Expletive) you,’ and left the CW Shoreline Bar without [REDACTED],” the documents continued.

The dazed mother told investigators that she thought the girl had been with her the whole time, the affidavit claimed.
“I noticed that Amanda had red, bloodshot eyes, uncontrollable swaying of the body, unbalance while walking, and the scent of fruity purities coming from her breath,” a deputy wrote, noting she appeared drunk.
Thorpe, who was wearing party beads in her mug shot, was taken into custody and faces a third-degree child neglect charge, according to court records.
She pleaded not guilty at an initial court hearing and was ordered held on $2,500 bond, records show.
