Drew Barrymore shocked her daytime talk show audience when she removed her shoes and had her co-hosts smell her feet while discussing her personal hygiene habits.
Barrymore and her “Drew’s News” co-hosts, Sunny Anderson and Ross Mathews, were discussing foot hygiene during Tuesday’s segment of “The Drew Barrymore Show,” when, unprompted, the actress whipped out her bare right foot and smelled it.
“They’re dirty right now,” she said.
Anderson subsequently complimented her, noting that she has smelled Barrymore’s feet before and they were “divine.”
Anderson then said, “Let me check,” as both she and Mathews leaned in to sniff Barrymore’s tootsie.
The audience visibly gasped, but Anderson said, “It smells like a whole lot of nothing. Yeah, that’s what you want.”
Barrymore, 50, stressed, “There’s no scent there whatsoever. “

“My feet are dirty, but they don’t smell,” she added.
The “Ever After” star later proudly admitted she doesn’t wash her feet every day, going against expert recommendations that feet should be scrubbed daily to fight infections and smells. Rather, the mother of two said she just lets water run over her feet when she showers.
Barrymore playfully called out audience members who claimed to wash their feet every day, joking that they were “liars.”
“I mean, I’m in the shower … Isn’t it all happening?” she quipped about why she doesn’t bother to scrub her feet.
The show later ventured into TMI territory when Barrymore said she’s had her toes sucked before — but she didn’t enjoy the act.
“I’ve had it done to me, and I’m like, should I pretend like this is turning me on?” she shared. “Because this is stupid.”
She continued, “And I hate looking at their faces with my foot in their mouth? … No thanks!”
