August 2021: Drake Maye and Ann Michael Hudson both enroll in the University of North Carolina, which was both close to home and also where Drake's brother Luke went. Hudson's brother, Tad, even served as Drake's backup during Maye's final season.
April 2024: After leaving school early, Drake is drafted third overall by the Patriots, while Ann stayed in Chapel Hill for another year and graduating in May 2025.
January 2025: Drake proposes to Ann on a beach in Mexico after his rookie season with the Patriots.
