"Doesn't make sense": Emmanuel Acho outraged by $6 tickets for Browns-Ravens clash with Shedeur Sanders warming the bench

The Cleveland Browns' lackluster offensive performances and continuous quarterback issues have left fans unhappy this season. The recent market prices for Browns tickets indicate a clear representation of the fans' feelings, with seats for the upcoming game against Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens reportedly available for as cheap as $6 on VividSeats.

Cleveland's poor performance is the only explanation for why tickets are so cheap. This is probably because coach Kevin Stefanski has insisted on keeping Dillon Gabriel as the starting quarterback despite the rookie's obvious struggles and the team's terrible 2-7 start to the 2025 season.

NFL analyst Emmanuel Acho is the latest pundit to offer a warning to Stefanski about sticking with Gabriel as the team's starter while ignoring fellow rookie Shedeur Sanders.

"What's going to push Shedeur Sanders onto that field is seeing tickets go for $6," Acho said on the "Speakeasy" show on Thursday. "At the point at which tickets are going for six dollars and Lamar Jackson is in the building, it doesn't make sense.

"Like, it just does not make sense to continue to trot Deshaun Watson out there over and over. And you have Shedeur Sanders.”

In contrast to the Browns' situation, the least expensive tickets for the Week 11 game between the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs, scheduled for the same date and time as the Browns' game, are priced at approximately $285. This is the same as the cost of the cheapest ticket for the Dallas Cowboys' Monday Night Football game against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Emmanuel Acho suggests that Shedeur Sanders could help the Browns’ situation

After veteran Joe Flacco's early struggles, the Cleveland Browns chose Dillon Gabriel as their starter for the first time in Week 5. However, the third-round rookie has also been poor since becoming the starter, posting a 1-4 record in the games he started. Gabriel has recorded 869 yards, seven touchdowns and two interceptions as a starter.

Gabriel's only win came against the Miami Dolphins, where he passed for only 116 yards and zero touchdowns. He has essentially failed to put Cleveland in winning positions.

Shedeur Sanders, who was selected with a fifth-round pick in April's draft but hasn't recorded a single NFL action, is seen by many, including Emmanuel Acho, as the solution to the Browns' offensive problems. However, Stefanski has maintained that there is no guarantee the former Colorado quarterback will be given an opportunity this season.

The Browns will next face the Baltimore Ravens in Week 11 on Sunday, with the game set to start at 4:25 pm ET from Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland.
