No one would question that the back-to-back World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers are the best team in baseball.
The MLB Network Top-100 Right Now rankings list of the best players in baseball agrees with that assessment.
The Dodgers put eight players in the 100-player list. That's tops in MLB, with the Yankees next up with six.

Shohei Ohtani, as you'd expect, leads the list at No. 1 overall in the sport.
Yoshinobu Yamamoto is the No. 13 ranked player in all of baseball after his exceptional postseason.
Mookie Betts checks in at No. 18.
Will Smith grabs the 20th spot.
Kyle Tucker, the new free agent signing, is at No. 21.
Then it's Freddie Freeman keeping the streak going by snagging the 22nd place.
It's a gap to Blake Snell at No. 54.

And then at No. 83 is closer Edwin Diaz, also a new free agent signing.
There really are cases to be made for Tyler Glasnow and maybe Max Muncy and Teoscar Hernandez, too.
That's not to mention a guy like Roki Sasaki who is immensely talented and will just have to find his footing back in the starting rotation after closing in the playoffs.
Yeah, the Dodgers are really, really good.
