The Los Angeles Dodgers are getting used to this.
For the second year in a row, the Dodgers won the World Series to claim the title as champions of Major League Baseball. With that comes an invitation to visit the White House and be recognized by President Donald Trump.
The Dodgers made their trip to celebrate the 2024 title in April of 2025 when they were in town to take on the Washington Nationals.
This time around, the Dodgers have again accepted the invitation to visit President Trump at the White House to celebrate this repeat title, according to the New York Post.

Manager Dave Roberts shared his plans on the visit, according to Daily Mail: "I’m going to go to the White House… I am going to continue to try to do what tradition says and not try to make political statements, because I am not a politician."
Before the 2024 visit, fans were tracking whether any Dodgers players would miss the ceremony. Mookie Betts did attend after some uncertainty, although Freddie Freeman, Joe Kelly and Brusdar Graterol were not there for various reasons.
The trip could come almost right off the bat for the Dodgers in 2025 if they want to. They play a series at the Nationals from April 3-5.
Los Angeles has become MLB's powerhouse, the team that the rest of the baseball world claims might be breaking the sport.

They sign the best players, make smart trades and also have one of the best farm systems in baseball.
They'll enter the 2026 season as the favorites to win the World Series again, buoyed by new free agent signings Kyle Tucker and Edwin Diaz and led by two-way superstar Shohei Ohtani.
All of that to say: This might not be their last trip to the White House to celebrate a World Series title.
