There were two players who didn't make the Los Angeles Dodgers' Opening Day roster who certainly had a case.
Hyeseong Kim and James Tibbs were both sent down to Triple-A Oklahoma City. They're already showing they're too good for that level.
On Saturday, Kim went 5-for-5 with four runs and an RBI as OKC raced past the Albuquerque Isotopes. Kim had one double.
In the same game, Tibbs went 4-for-5 with three runs and three RBI. He had two doubles and a triple.

It was just their second game of the Triple-A season, and both had been quieter in the opener, but it was notable.
Oklahoma City hit them in the top-two spots in the order to maximize their chances to get up to the plate, and they certainly made the most of those swings once they were up there.
The Dodgers at the MLB level are obviously one of the most loaded teams the game has ever seen. It's hard to find spots for anyone.
Kim, though, seems like he could slot right in at second base, a spot where the Dodgers are kind of winging it while Tommy Edman is out with injury.
Tibbs would need an injury in the outfield to really let him get an opportunity, but he's already proven that the Red Sox made a mistake trading him away for a half season of Dustin May.
In the meantime, Kim and Tibbs will likely keep putting on a show for baseball fans in Oklahoma City.
