It is official.
Three years after dating rumors first sparked between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, they are married — as they held celebrations with countless celebrities in attendance at Madison Square Garden on Friday night, the venue itself confirmed the couple is now newlyweds.
Shortly after, however, some rare details about the wedding were shared by Swift's team, including a very recognizable name who officiated: Adam Sandler.

Did Adam Sandler officiate Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce wedding?
Because the Swift-Kelce celebrations were inside Madison Square Garden and the couple has kept so many details secretive, there many not be any photos from the ceremony itself.
But on Friday night, after Swift and Kelce had officially tied the knot, Swift's publicist released some information for fans — including the fact that Sandler, the well-known comedian and actor, was the officiant.
Other details shared included Swift and Kelce wearing Dior looks, Swift's brother serving as her "Man of Honor" and Jason Kelce being Travis' best man.

How do Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce know Adam Sandler?
While it's unclear if Swift has any direct ties to Sandler, the actor has a known relationship with Kelce.
The Chiefs tight end made an appearance in Sandler's 2025 movie, "Happy Gilmore 2."

"You know what, Taylor Swift, because what she means to my kids, I get a little jumpy. Just 'cause I don't wanna blow it for my kids," Sandler said on an episode of SiriusXM's Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend in 2024. "So I'm a little like, 'Taylor, Taylor,' like I talk a little too loud or something. I don't stay as cool as I can."
Has Adam Sandler officiated other weddings?
It's unclear whether Sandler officiating the Swift-Kelce wedding was a one-time ordeal, or something he had experience with already.
Regardless, he was front-and-center for one of the most well-documented and star-studded weddings ever.
