Dylan Raiola has reportedly planned to enter the transfer portal after two years at Nebraska, according to reports on Monday. The quarterback, who has two years of college eligibility remaining, suffered a broken fibula in his right leg during a game against USC in early November, which cut short his season.

When fans found out that Raiola intended to enter the transfer portal, they had some interesting reactions.

"Def going to Texas Tech," one tweeted.

"If he goes to Texas Tech, Mahomes should take out a restraining order," another added. "I really thought this was gonna say he purposely tore his ACL to be like Mahomes," a third commented.

Here are a few more reactions.

"I'd put money on Texas Tech to be like his idol," one wrote. "Sources say he’s headed to Texas Tech. The source told me he’s also going to live in the same place, have the same locker and take the same classes Mahomes took," another added. "Now that Mahomes is out, bro’s trying to transfer to the Chiefs," a user tweeted.

Raiola often emulates Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes in many ways, including pre-game rituals, style, appearance, and hairstyle, and also wears the same No. 15 jersey.

Raiola has also said that he has developed a friendship with the three-time Super Bowl-winning QB and that Mahomes now helps him as a mentor.
