Drum Corps International, or "Marching Music's Major League," is back for another season to showcase the world's most elite ensembles.
With more than 50 years of competition under its belt, the DCI brings together recognized drum corps, SoundSport performance ensembles and DrumLine Battle teams for more than 100 events every year.
This year, the DCI season will kick off with a Tour Preview on June 27 and will then continue on to meets across the country from California to Pennsylvania. The competition will finally culminate in the World Championships in Indianapolis this August.

What is DCI?
Drum Corps International is the governing body for marching music competitions in the United States. The collective was created in 1971 by 13 original founding members with the goal of organizing and unifying youth-focused competitive drum corps events throughout North America. Honoring the message of "excellence in performance and in life," DCI serves more than 7.2 million young people across the country.
