Prosecutors claimed in an indictment obtained by The Post that the “Murder by Numbers” actor had forcibly fondled his then-girlfriend and then months later sexually assaulted and struck her with a wooden plank.

Pitt also allegedly assaulted the woman with a cinder block in June 2021.

The “Hannibal” alum was additionally accused of strangling his past lover in August 2021.

In response to the news, Pitt’s attorney, Cary London, called the actor “an accomplished professional who would never so much as contemplate these crimes” while decrying the “uncorroborated word of an unhinged individual.”

The lawyer added to The Post, “We look forward to proving his innocence through the evidence and not through the media.”

Page Six has reached out to London for comment but did not immediately hear back.
