Dave Portnoy put a nail in the coffin for the Knicks after their second straight tough loss to the Pacers in the Eastern Conference finals in New York on Friday night.

The Barstool Sports founder, who is a diehard Celtics fans, couldn’t help but troll the Knicks, who sent the defending champs home in the semifinal round a week ago.

“Still a great season for the Knicks,” Portnoy wrote on X after the Pacers beat the Knicks 114-109 for a 2-0 lead in the series.

“Beat a pesky Pistons team [in the first round] and an injured Celtics team. Lit the city on fire for a couple weeks. Great memories for the franchise. One of the best seasons in history of franchise.”

Portnoy added the hashtag, “bingbong,” referring to the popular rallying cry among Knicks fans.

Portnoy reshared The Post’s back page, which featured an image of Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton mimicking Reggie Miller’s choke gesture, after Indiana rallied to beat the Knicks 138-135 in overtime to steal Game 1 on Wednesday night.

Haliburton hit a long jumper that bounced high off the back of the rim and in to tie the game at 125-125 as time expired in regulation, and Indiana held off the Knicks in overtime.

The two-time All-Star had 14 points, 11 assists and eight rebounds for the Pacers in Game 2.

Pacers forward Pascal Siakim was the hero of the night with a playoff career-high 39 points.

This series has a ton to go, but I can’t help but wonder if Knicks fans got ahead of themselves with 2nd round victory. If they lose to the Pacers this choke sign will be lasting image of their season. They’ll be a punchline yet again. Their entire season will be for nothing. pic.twitter.com/P6SUbUuA28
