D-Live continues to improve. He also did some court work. With PJ, they’re still evaluating. We'll see how he feels tomorrow."

Anthony Davis is dealing with a left calf strain and has missed seven consecutive games. Davis' name has constantly come up in trade talks since Dallas fired Nico Harrison. There have been reports circulating about the Mavericks potentially parting ways with the injury-prone All-Star to build around rookie Cooper Flagg.

Meanwhile, Lively II is nursing a right knee sprain, an injury that has forced him to miss the last nine games. The Mavericks have suffered badly with all the injuries and absences, currently sitting in 14th place on the Western Conference standings with a 3-9 record.
