The Dallas Cowboys finally got their WR2 to pair with CeeDee Lamb.
And with training camp beginning this week, all eyes are on that guy, George Pickens.
The Cowboys pulled off a trade with the Steelers to get the uber-talented Pickens, and now he gets a chance to show how he fits in.
The Athletic's Jon Machota wrote that Pickens is the biggest Dallas storyline he's watching during camp.
"Finally getting to see the offensive line and running backs in full pads will be high on the list because of all the questions with Dallas’ running game, but that’s not close to Pickens," Machota writes. "Trading for him was the most notable move the Cowboys have made since adding Amari Cooper during the 2018 season. In that situation, Cooper was at least able to play two weeks later. Pickens was at all of the organized team activities and minicamp, but that’s nothing compared to seeing what he can do with Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb while everyone is going live in full pads. The expectations for the passing game should be highlight plays just about every day in Oxnard, Calif."

Pickens gives Prescott a chance to live up to his incredibly expensive contract. With two star wideouts, Prescott really will have no excuses.
Lamb should also see a few more openings now that Pickens is on the other side.
That should work for Pickens, too, who often was overcovered in Pittsburgh due to a lack of help.
The Cowboys will have to be really, really good to contend with the Eagles and Commanders in the NFC East. Pickens will be a big key to determining just how good Dallas can be.
