Ella Langley is choosin’ to face her fears this week.
On Wednesday, the country music star shared a TikTok video of herself meeting and holding several exotic animals.
Langley had a parrot on her shoulder and sat next to a baby kangaroo on a couch before she decided to take it to the next level.
“This is facing my fears a little bit,” the singer said when she was presented with an Argentine boa.
Langley appeared to be a little nervous when she first held the snake but eventually warmed up to it.
She allowed the boa constrictor to wrap around her shoulders and rest on her body.
The TikTok video ended with Langley hugging and holding a lemur.
“I love today,” she said.
The comment section was filled with fans weighing in on Langley’s exotic animal experience.
“So fun!” one user wrote. Another added, “omg the snakes I would have ran.”
“You’re amazing. Please don’t ever change,” another wrote.
“You’re the cutest thing in life tho,” one fan wrote.
Langley’s fun experience came just days after “Choosin’ Texas” logged its 23rd week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, surpassing Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” to become the longest-running No. 1 song in the chart’s history.
On Tuesday night, Langley celebrated the milestone on Instagram.
“I’m genuinely trying to find the words to explain what’s going on in my brain today,” Langley began her video.
“What? I don’t know. Thank you so much. Thank you for loving this song, for listening to it. I feel like … I just don’t even know what to say at this point. I’m running out of hyperboles to describe how I feel, so I will just let my dog in the background show you his excitement,” she continued as her dog barked.
“Just thank you. Thank you so much. It’s changing my life. It’s changing the lives of the writers of this song. It’s changing the lives of my family, and it is truly growing an atmosphere for something I’m gonna be able to do the rest of my life, and I just … today doesn’t feel like a real thing,” Langley said.
“It feels fake and somebody’s going to come in and be like, ‘Haha, we’re kidding the whole time. Just kidding.’
“I’m really excited to just experience a moment like this in my life.”
The country music star told her fans that she was going to celebrate that night before ending the video by saying, “Choosin’ T … that’s the one huh?”
“Choosin’ Texas” first entered the Hot 100 in November 2025, became Langley’s first top 10 hit in January and reached No. 1 for the first time in February.
