Conspiracy Honed is one of the new weapons from Destiny 2's Equilibrium Dungeon. It is a Blast Heat weapon that sits in the Kinetic slot of the inventory, and shoots our Stasis damage to enemies. The weapon uses Special ammo, and is taylor-made for players looking for an alternative DPS option aside from their Heavy weapons during an endgame boss fight.

This article lists the best perks on the Conspiracy Honed Sniper Rifle for PvE and PvP.
