TORONTO, April 07, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Consolidated Lithium Metals Inc. (TSXV: CLM | FRA: Z36 | OTCQB: JORFF) (“CLM” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update in connection with an acquisition by CLM of an option (the “Acquisition”) to earn, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, an undivided interest of up to 80% in the Kwyjibo Rare Earth Project, located 125 km northeast of the city of Sept-Îles, in the Côte-Nord region of Québec (the “Project”).

The Company is working diligently to prepare the technical report respecting the Project (the “Report”), which is a condition to closing set out in the conditional approval letter of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”). The Report, which is being prepared as part of a preliminary economic assessment, is now expected to be completed in May 2026.
