Someone brought an absolutely hilarious sign to Washington Commanders training camp.
Really, it tells quite the story, too.
The Washington Post's Adam Kilgore captured the sign in a photograph that he shared on X on Thursday. It shared a statistic comparing the passing numbers in NFC Championship Games for Commanders punter Tress Way and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.
Way has Prescott beat, 23-0.

— Adam Kilgore (@AdamKilgoreWP) July 31, 2025Prescott has never played in an NFC Championship Game.
Way just made his first appearance in an NFC title matchup on Jan. 26 of this year. The Commanders took on the Eagles, and on a trick play, Way completed a 23-yard completion to tight end Ben Sinnott. It was gutsy, a fourth-and-6 from Washington's own 31.

The Eagles ended up getting the better of the Commanders, winning the game and going on to win the Super Bowl.
It did emphasize how strong the NFC East is, though, that both Philly and Washington could make it to the conference championship game.
That reality is just part of the difficulty facing Dallas and Prescott.
For various reasons, they've never made it to that penultimate stage of the season. This campaign won't be any easier as the Eagles try to defend their trophy while the Commanders continue to improve around second-year QB Jayden Daniels.
Prescott has put together a great NFL career as a late-round pick, but he's being paid more per year than any quarterback in football. That calls on him to be even better.
Dallas upgraded this offseason, getting George Pickens to pair with CeeDee Lamb outside. But the running game is a big question mark, and Micah Parsons' contract negotiations are dragging on.
It wouldn't be a surprise to see Way keep this lead over Prescott going forward just based on team success.
