The Colorado Buffaloes (7-2) are gearing up for a crucial clash against Utah Utes (4-5) on Saturday afternoon, with plenty on the line.
The Buffs have little room for mistakes if they want to stay in the Big 12 title race, but under head coach Deion Sanders, they’ve got the tools to make it happen. Their recent 41-27 victory over Texas Tech in a tough away game has given them a solid boost as they push through the latter part of their schedule.
For Utah, however, a season that began with high hopes has unraveled due to injuries across nearly every key position. Head coach Kyle Whittingham has called 2024 the most frustrating year of his career, leaving the Utes facing an uphill battle heading into Saturday’s game.
