Coachella Organizers Address Complaints of 12-Hour Delays at Festival’s Opening Weekend

It’s time to get back to the desert.

Indeed, Coachella has officially announced its lineup for 2026, which will include performers like Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber and Karol G. This year’s festival will run April 10 through April 12 and April 17 through April 19 in Indio, Calif.

The “Espresso” singer, who had an afternoon set during Coachella in 2024, has officially moved up to the headliner slot for the festival’s Fridays. In addition to Sabrina, Ethel Cain, Teddy Swims, KATSEYE, The XX, Turnstile and more will perform throughout the day.

On Saturday, Justin, who has made guest appearances at Coachella throughout the years but has never himself had his own spot, will put his SWAG and SWAG II on display during his own headlining set. Additionally, The Strokes, Addison Rae, Sombr and David Byrne will play.

Finally, Karol G will close out both weekends by headlining on Sunday. She will also be joined during each weekend’s closer by Young Thug, Laufey, Iggy Pop, FKA Twigs and Wet Leg. (For the entire lineup, see here.)

Passes for the iconic music festival will go on sale Sept. 19, with presales available Sept. 18. Coachella will also be switching it up a bit in 2026, allowing large group camping for groups of 10 or more.

While huge stars will be performing at the upcoming festival, even more celebrities attend the big weekends as fans. After all, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce made one of their most iconic appearances as a couple in 2024 to see her pals Ice Spice and Bleachers perform.

Meanwhile, stars like the Kardashians and Vanessa Hudgens have become the de facto arbiters of fashion at the festival

“It’s honestly whatever I find that year, whatever I’m into that year,” Vanessa told Access Hollywood of her iconic fashion moments in 2018. “Just kind of anything goes and that’s why I love festivals because it’s truly a place to express yourself where judgement is out the window.”
