CM Punk calls 28-year-old WWE star a "Nepo baby" in a scathing promo on RAW

CM Punk cut a scathing promo on WWE RAW this week, with only three weeks until his next World Heavyweight Title defense. He called a 28-year-old WWE star a Nepo baby.

This week on RAW, CM Punk came out, and he had one agenda and one agenda only - to get his message out to Bron Breakker. The 28-year-old Vision star has been riding a high wave after pinning the World Heavyweight Champion at Survivor Series: WarGames, claiming that it was far easier than he thought or expected. He demanded that the 2011 version of Punk returned, and not this current 2025 version.

CM Punk, in response, said that Bron Breakker couldn't even stand toe-to-toe with the current 2025 version of himself, let alone the 2011 version. In a scathing promo, he called Bron Breakker a "cross-eyed Nenadrathal nepo baby", which, of course, was a massive insult to his upcoming World Title opponent.

Of course, the segment would more than likely have ended with Bron Breakker taking Punk out and using The Vision to destroy him, similar to what they did to LA Knight. However, that didn't happen because Paul Heyman specifically requested Bron Breakker to do nothing about it for three weeks.

His logic was simple - if Bron Breakker took Punk out, there wouldn't be a World Title match to begin with. As you know, The Vision doesn't exactly have a code of honor, and neither does Paul Heyman. Still, he is like the cockroach of WWE in that he always finds a way to thrive and survive, and The Vision is simply the latest iteration of his survival skill.

It is pure strategy from Heyman, who served as The Wiseman to The Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, for over four years. He was a strategic advisor in that case as well.
