Whatever they're doing in the Cincinnati Reds' pitcher meetings, keep doing it.
The Reds' starting rotation is on an incredible run of brilliance.
In the last two turns through the rotation, only one Reds starter has allowed even three earned runs in an outing.
This stretch started with Nick Lodolo's complete game shutout.
Since then, it has gone like this:
- Nick Martinez 5.0 innings, 0 ER
- Andrew Abbott 6.0 innings, 1 ER
- Brady Singer 7.1 innings, 1 ER
- Chase Burns 5.2 innings, 3 ER
- Lodolo 5.1 innings, 2 ER
- Martinez 6.0 innings, 2 ER
- Abbott 5.1 innings, 2 ER
- Singer 6.0 innings, 0 ER
Shoutout to local NBC 5 reporter Charlie Clifford for pointing out these numbers.

The Reds are up to 58-53 on the season thanks to this strong run.
They're 8.0 games out in the NL Central but only a couple games back in the wild card race.
If they keep getting pitching like this, they'll have a chance to make up the rest of that ground.
The next task for the Reds is especially challenging. On Saturday night, they play in the Speedway Classic at the NASCAR track in Bristol, Tennessee.

The rookie phenom Burns takes the mound. He has exactly 10 strikeouts in each of his last three starts.
Opposing him is Atlanta Braves superstar Spencer Strider.
If Burns can outduel Strider, that's a headline-worthy performance.
With the way things are going for Cincinnati's pitchers lately, it'd be hard bet against Burns right now.
