The mother of Denver Nuggets guard Christian Braun stole the spotlight during Game 4 of the team’s Western Conference semifinals series against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday.

ESPN cameras showed Lisa, a former basketball All-State selection at Missouri, multiple times during the game and after big plays made by her son.

At one point, broadcaster Mark Jones gave a Mother’s Day shoutout to Lisa and Nicole Williams, the mother of OKC guard Jalen Williams, followed by Thunder star Isaiah Joe’s mother, Nicole Joe.

They also called out Lisa’s reactions in the crowd at Ball Arena when her son blocked a shot with strong perimeter defense.

“[Isaiah] Joe blocked by Braun. Momma loved that defense from her son…,” Jones said during the second quarter.

Many on social media gushed over Lisa, with some recalling her resume at Mizzou in the 1980s.

Others poked fun at how many times ESPN cameras focused on Lisa.

“One of these camera guys absolutely LOVES Christian Braun’s mom…,” one person wrote on X.

Lisa, along with six of her siblings, were inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame in 2019.

The blonde beauty was a three-time All-State selection at Mizzou, and is also No. 3 all-time in blocked shots (143) for the Tigers and 10th with 288 rebounds.

She was a two-time All-Big Eight Conference selection (1990, 1991) and played for the WNBA’s St. Louis River Queens.

All three women looked beautiful as they were shown during the game.

The mothers of Williams and Joe both appeared to be locked in while watching the game.

OKC evened the series 2-2 with a 92-87 win over the Nuggets in Denver on Sunday.

Braun finished with 17 points, three steals and a block in Denver’s losing effort.

Game 5 is set for Tuesday in Oklahoma City.
