The Kansas City Chiefs are under no illusions as to what is in front of them in Week 15, as their season is slowly slipping from their grasp.

Chiefs 'aware' of dire situation
Considering what has transpired over the last five weeks as the Chiefs have gone 1-4, the fact that they still aren't out of the playoff mix is surreal.
Many thought losing to the Dallas Cowboys would be the final straw, then the Texans would be, but here we are, at Week 15, and the Chiefs haven't been officially eliminated from the postseason.
They are the one team that others simply don't want to face in the postseason, and the Chargers are the latest to take a crack at the defending AFC champs.
