Chiefs' Josh Simmons a surprise addition to injury report before Lions game

The team announced that left tackle Josh Simmons has been added to the injury report, but it is not injury-related and is instead the result of a personal issue.

As of this writing, it is unclear what's going on with Simmons, but he is now questionable for the upcoming contest against the Lions.
