She posted clips of herself doing exercises and other fitness-related activities, including training and tracking, and spoke about her journey in the caption. Hunt stated that her “2025 fitness goal was simple.” She was focused on becoming “the strongest version” of herself.

Gracie Hunt is a fitness freak, and earlier this week, on Tuesday, she shared a glimpse of her workout routine. The Kansas City Chiefs heiress did exercise in a picturesque location with water in the background. She shared the video with a motivational caption, in which she talked about her workout routine.
"Training Tuesday 💪✨ Upper body strength doesn’t have to be complicated. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a mat, and a commitment to show up. Focus on controlled reps, strong posture, and breathing with intention—quality always beats quantity," she wrote.Gracie Hunt also shared the “consistency tips to stay on track” in the caption and suggested fans keep their workout “simple and repeatable.” She also suggested people start “small on busy days.”
On Thursday, Gracie Hunt took time from her busy schedule and attended the Turning Point USA AmericaFest 2025 event, which is commemorated in memory of the late Charlie Kirk. She offered a glimpse of her outing on social media.
