Chelsea have already added a handful of players to their squad this summer, and Enzo Maresca is not done spending yet, especially after the funds the team made from winning the Club World Cup.
The London side is also looking to offload players this summer, which will give the club another financial boost.
Chelsea were handed a fine by UEFA for their spending, but their earnings from the tournament and their expected profits from sales should help the club avoid a bigger penalty.
The club is looking to continue bolstering its squad, as Chelsea will be wanting to keep their forward momentum.

Liverpool are also keen on the defender, despite also being linked to Marc Guehi, but Chelsea's recent successes could see Hato join the London club.
Chelsea are looking to add another defender, with Hato being so highly-rated because of his ability to play both center back and left back.
Chelsea have Marc Cucurella as their starting left back, but the club is low on reinforcements. Malo Gusto and Reece James have helped in coverage, but both play more naturally on the right side.
Hato is only 19 years old but has already been capped by the Netherlands six times.
The young defender would be a welcome addition to the side, especially with multiple departures in defense expected to come.
