Though Enzo Maresca has been at Stamford Bridge for only a year, he already has some favourites.
But he may be forced to watch one of his preferred players go through the exit door this summer as the club are open to selling him.
Chelsea are set to have a busy transfer window, with a number of players expected to leave the club, including the likes of Joao Felix, Raheem Sterling and Ben Chilwell.
The trio are not a part of the club’s squad at the ongoing Club World Cup and have been deemed surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.
Meanwhile, Madueke is one player who could leave Chelsea despite being a regular part of Maresca’s plans at the club.
Ben Jacobs is not ruling out a Chelsea exit for Madueke, but the journalist says the winger is a player who is appreciated by Maresca.

Discussing Madueke‘s situation on talkSPORT, Jacobs said: “Enzo Maresca really likes the profile of Noni Madueke, so I don’t think Chelsea are really putting Madueke up for sale. But if the right price and suitor comes along, there might be an opportunity.”
More importantly, Chelsea will have to sign another winger before they can think of letting go of Madueke, since Pedro Neto and Tyrique George are the only natural wingers currently in Maresca’s squad.
