Meanwhile, LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller were not listed on the injury report. They will shoulder the backcourt duties and are confirmed starters against the Warriors.

Apart from Kon Knueppel, the Hornets also listed Pat Connaughton, Miles Bridges, Ryan Kalkbrenner, Mason Plumlee and Grant Williams on the injury report. Connaughton and Bridges are questionable owing to left ankle soreness and a right ankle sprain, respectively. Kalkbrenner (left elbow sprain), Plumlee (right groin strain) and Williams (right knee injury) are all ruled out.
