Chargers star Ladd McConkey’s wife flaunts ripped abs in workout video

Ladd McConkey is clearly not the only McConkey hitting the weight room this NFL offseason.

The Chargers star’s wife, Sydney, flaunted a set of sculpted abs in a new workout video she posted to her Instagram page on Wednesday.

In the footage, the Los Angeles WAG could be seen during a training session with her six-pack exposed while in front of a rack of weights.

“The mini cut is cutting,” she wrote in a caption on the flick.

While Ladd’s most known for his prowess around gyms, Sydney’s certainly no stranger to them, as she’s been spotted working out plenty since her husband’s become a household name in the football world.

Ladd and Sydney have been dating since they were teenagers, and she was right by his side when the Chargers took him with the 34th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Months after the pick, in July 2024, the wide receiver proposed. In April 2025, they tied the knot.

Ladd called their wedding date “the best day ever getting to marry my bestfriend!”

The two will now have plenty of time to spot each other in the gym for at least the foreseeable future — as the Chargers’ early exit from the playoffs means Ladd’s got several weeks ’til he’s got to be at OTAs.
