The Grand Finals of the Chennai Esports Global Championship (CEGC) 2025 BGMI is scheduled from November 14 to 16. The three-day epic finale will be played at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. A total of 16 clubs will compete against one another for a humongous prize pool of ₹50 lakh. The Smash Rule will be applied on the third day of the Grand Finals.
The CEGC 2025 BGMI Finals will feature eight teams each from the Semifinals and the LCQ. A total of 24 teams played in the Semifinals from November 4 to 7, where the top eight teams reached the finale. The bottom 16 teams fought in the LCQ from November 8 to 11 for eight spots in the finale. The previous stages of the CEGC 2025 were hosted online.

Gods Reign was remarkable in the Semifinals Stage of the event, as it secured the first position after stellar performances. Vasista Esports, led by Hector, also played brilliantly and was the second best team in the stage. Welt and Cincinnati Kids were third and fourth, respectively, due to their impressive performances.
Revenant XSpark, who recently singed Punk, grabbed the fifth place in the Semifinals. The club will aim to win a major title after a poor run in the past year. Blitz and 8Bit secured the sixth and seventh spots, respectively. NONX finished eighth in the Semifinals and entered the finale.
In the Last Chance Qualifiers, Team Tamilas performed exceptionally well and grabbed the first spot. Autobotz and FS were also phenomenal in the stage and finished in the top three. True Rippers, led by Jelly, achieved fourth position in the LCQ. The team will aim to win the CEGC title and boost its confidence ahead of the PMGC 2025.
Team Soul was fifth in the Last Chance Qualifiers. The Nakul-led lineup bounced back in the stage after mediocre performances in the Semifinals. K9 Esports acquired sixth rank there.
Team Versatile, led by BGMI star Saumraj, made it to the top eight after the last game of the Last Chance Qualifiers. Victores Sumus finished eighth in the stage to grab a seat in the Grand Finals.
