Every move the Cleveland Cavaliers make, even now, has a slight hint to it of, "What could this mean for LeBron James?"
Especially in an offseason where James appears at least a little annoyed with his current team, the Los Angeles Lakers, Cavs fans are keeping tabs on their beloved hometown hero.
So of course they noticed the news on Monday that was reported secondarily to the big contract extension signed by front office leader Koby Altman.
The notable news beneath that: Brandon Weems, assistant GM, also got a contract extension.

Weems played high school basketball at St. Vincent-St. Mary in Akron, where he was teammates with James. He's still friends with LeBron.
One more reunion with James in Cleveland wouldn't just depend on his friend being in the front office.
But it definitely can't hurt.
