Marvin Harrison Jr. can't catch the football.
Multiple highlights have been circulating on social media from Arizona Cardinals training camp in which the star wide receiver is open yet doesn't finish the play.
Is it the yips?
Is it just a couple of clips that have been selected to paint Harrison in a bad light?
It's impossible to say, and yes, it's only July. But plays like this don't inspire a ton of confidence:

Coming out of Ohio State, Harrison was viewed as a generational receiver prospect. Yes, he was probably helped in that regard by his father's legendary status, but Harrison's traits were clearly top notch.
He has been good in the NFL, but not to the level that some would've hoped for. Admittedly, the Cardinals haven't always provided the best environment in the passing game, but that also didn't stop Trey McBride and Michael Wilson last year.
The question, particularly as drops flood social media feeds, is whether expectations need to be adjusted for Harrison.
Can he still become the player everyone thought he could? Or is this simply who he is now?
The Cardinals might not have tons of reason for positivity this season -- but if they can get Harrison to reach his peak, rather than dropping footballs, it'd be a good sign for the future.
