Canelo Alvarez vs. Terence Crawford live fight updates, results, highlights from 2025 Netflix boxing card

Two pound-for-pound greats face off for bragging rights and super middleweight gold on September 13 when Canelo Alvarez takes on Terence Crawford at Allegiant Stadium.

The first undisputed super middleweight champion and a two-time champion at 168, Canelo (63-2-2) has beaten a who’s who of fighters. Canelo recently signed with Riyadh Season for marquee global fights, including this upcoming clash.

Though he has seemingly done it all, Canelo looks to beat someone many have claimed is better than him. He’s ready to give it his all on fight night.

"For me it’s a very important fight to win. So I have that combination for this fight, motivation and my discipline I ever had in my life, my whole career. So discipline with motivation, that two combined is very good," Canelo told Max Kellerman via Bad Left Hook.

Crawford (41-0) has held undisputed gold in multiple divisions and looks to do it a third time. “Bud” decimated Errol Spence Jr. for all the gold at welterweight and outworked Israil Madrimov for super welterweight gold.

A hungry Crawford is dangerous. He also has something to motivate him: his undefeated record.

"Canelo lost before, so he understands how to lose. I don’t," Crawford told ESPN.
