TORONTO — Canada Goose Holdings Inc. (NYSE: GOOS, TSX: GOOS) today announced it has entered into an agreement to sell Baffin Limited, the Canadian performance footwear brand, to L.P. Royer Inc., a leading Canadian manufacturer of work and military footwear.
