New York Giants rookie running back Cam Skattebo is currently recovering from a serious ankle injury he sustained during the team's game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Oct. 26. He fractured his fibula, ruptured a deltoid ligament and dislocated his right ankle in that game after being tackled and having his leg pinned.
It appears Skattebo has been seeking other activities to occupy himself during his protracted recuperation, as he isn't expected to play again this season following surgery. Thus far, he has appeared at UFC 322 at Madison Square Garden and WWE's RAW show, where he got into a brawl with wrestlers JD McDonagh, Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio.
Despite receiving criticism from several angles over his activities during rehabilitation, Skattebo appears undeterred. The fourth-round pick recently joined controversial streamer N3on on a Twitch livestream as part of his off-field adventure.

However, Skattebo got a call while livestreaming from someone who is thought to be his manager. After the call ended, he informed N3on that it was his "PR coach" on the phone, simply cautioning him against doing anything ill-advised.

"He's just making sure I'm being smart," the Giants star rusher said.It appears Skattebo's team was concerned when he appeared on a livestream with N3on, who has been embroiled in several scandals himself, particularly after the running back was already at the center of one controversy earlier this week.
On Tuesday, Cam Skattebo took to X to inform his critics that he will continue to do things he enjoys doing off the field while he's rehabbing from his gruesome injury.
"Aye, honestly if you don’t like that I’m having a good time while dealing with a tough time, then just go ahead and unfollow and casually move on," Skattebo posted. "I’m not able to play football and have the fun I’ve been having my whole life so I am doing things outside the box trying to find stuff to keep me happy. Enjoy the rest of y’all’s week and just don’t talk about me if you ain’t got nothing nice to say.”Cam Skattebo has his say on which team wins the Super Bowl this season
Cam Skattebo was asked which NFL team he believes would go on to win the championship this season while he was hanging out with streamer N3on this week. He responded, "The Broncos are good."
"They just find ways to win games," Skattebo said. "I hate saying it. I want to say the Giants are gonna win it but the Broncos are really good. They beat us."Skattebo ran for 60 yards on 16 rushes in Week 7 as the Broncos defeated the Giants 33-32. Denver was behind 19-0 at the end of the third quarter in that game before rallying to score 33 points in the fourth.
The Broncos, who are 9-2 on the season, have won eight consecutive games, including matchups against the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.
However, Cam Skattebo's Giants are having yet another terrible season. They have already sacked coach Brian Daboll and are currently 2-9 on the season. Key players, including Jaxson Dart, Skattebo and Malik Nabers, have also suffered significant injuries.
