Cam Boozer paid homage to NBA great LeBron James for his 2026 NBA Draft look.

James wore the iconic all-white suit look for his draft night over 20 years ago when he went No. 1 overall to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2003 NBA Draft. Boozer sported a similar all-white look for his big night at the 2026 NBA Draft, which was held in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center. He complemented his look with a silver watch, a silver bracelet, and brown dress shoes.

Boozer was selected No. 3 overall by the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday night (June 23). He shared with the media his excitement to play with the Grizzlies next year.

"I think we've got a lot to build off of," Boozer said in a conference call with Memphis media shortly after being drafted. "We're going to surprise a lot of people this year. It's going to be a lot of fun, for sure."

Prior to getting drafted by the Grizzlies, the 6-foot-9 guard later shared the skill set he plans to bring to the league.

"I think my versatility is very underrated. A lot of people will talk about me and I think they don't really understand the game, but I mean that's OK," Boozer said on ESPN's 2026 NBA Draft red carpet per USA Today. "I just think there's so much to my game that people don't really see. I think I can hande the ball. I think I shoot really well. I think my processing level is elite and then that's going to really show up the next level for me."

The Duke alumnus, who was named The Associated Press men's national player of the year, already has high goals for what he plans to accomplish in his rookie year.

"I want to win rookie of the year, want to average 10 rebounds a game, shoot 40%," he said.

The Grizzlies' rookie is the son of two-time NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer.

The 2026 NBA Draft is back for the second round in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.
