Caitlin Clark Drops 1-Word Appreciation After Boyfriend Connor McCaffery's Brother Credits Her for Family Snaps

Caitlin Clark wrote a one-word reply to Patrick McCaffery's recent social media post of his family. Patrick credited the Indiana Fever star for taking a snap of himself and his brother, Connor McCaffery. Clark and Connor have been together since April 2023.

In an Instagram post, Patrick shared several images from the past year, like with family, friends and his overseas career. The first image was of Patrick and Connor hanging out, and it was Clark who took the picture. She has had practice by working with Fever photographer Bri Lewerke.

"Little bit of this and that 🤞🏻 pc to twinski : @caitlinclark22," Patrick wrote.

Caitlin Clark quickly responded to Patrick McCaffery's post, dropping a one-word reaction.

Other photos include scenic views, pictures with family and snaps from Patrick McCaffery's stint with CS Valcea 1924 in Romania. While Connor McCaffery decided to go into coaching, his younger brother went overseas to continue his basketball career.

Patrick was signed by the Sacramento Kings back in July, but he didn't make their final roster for the 2025-26 NBA season. Connor, on the other hand, began his coaching career as a team assistant for the Indiana Pacers in 2023. He joined the staff of the Butler Bulldogs in September 2024.


Caitlin Clark returned to the court during Team USA training camp

After playing just 13 games last season, Caitlin Clark was back on the court for the first time since July. Clark participated in Team USA's training camp at Durham, North Carolina from Dec. 12 to 14. It's part of the preparation for next year's FIBA World Cup in Berlin, Germany.

Clark is one of several young WNBA stars to get invited along with Paige Bueckers, Angel Reese, Sonia Citron, Aliyah Boston, Cameron Brink, Kiki Iriafen and Rickea Jackson. Even college stars, such as JuJu Watkins and Lauren Betts, were also part of the preliminary roster.

The 12-player roster will be announced next year, which means six players are going to get cut. It's unclear what the coaching staff featuring Kara Lawson, Natalie Nakase, Nate Tibbetts and Stephanie White.

Team USA's managing director Sue Bird was also present at the training camp, with multiple snippets of what happened on the court uploaded on social media. With players like Clark, Bueckers and Reese, Team USA can help grow the sport of women's basketball.
