Bayern Munich are desperately looking to bring attacking reinforcements this summer after the departures of Leroy Sane and Thomas Muller and the injury to Jamal Musiala.
The Bavarians are interested in Stuttgart star Nick Woltemade as they see him as a long-term fix for Muller and can also double up as a backup for Harry Kane.
However, Bayern are struggling to meet the demands of Stuttgart, who are not even interested in negotiating with the German champions.
Stuttgart rejected Bayern Munich's latest €55m ($64m) offer for the 23-year-old as they will only consider any bid in the region of €65m ($75m).
Woltemade's agent, Danny Bachmann, has criticised the Stuttgart chiefs for not negotiating with Bayern after a Bundesliga record offer was tabled by the Bavarians.
The reigning DFB Pokal winners claim that they will hold meetings with Bayern only if an extraordinary offer is tabled for Woltemade.

What did Woltemade's agent say about Stuttgart's stance?
Bachmann is irked by Stuttgart's stance of holding out Woltemade despite his interest in joining Bayern Munich.
“If a Bundesliga record offer of €55 million isn’t even enough for a personal meeting, the question arises what exactly VfB considers extraordinary. That was not foreseeable,” Bachmann told DPA.

Woltemade is a key player for Stuttgart as he netted 17 goals and provided three assists in 33 appearances last season across all competitions.
A week ago, Stuttgart sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth sounded extremely confident of holding onto the German youngster despite Bayern's interest in him.
Five of his goals came in the DFB Pokal, including one in the final against Arminia Bielfield as they won 4-2 to clinch the cup competition.
He continued his exceptional form for Germany in the U21 Euros in Slovakia last month as he scored six goals and provided three assists in five games.
Although he couldn't guide Germany U21 to victory as they lost the final to England, Woltemade finished as the highest goalscorer of the tournament.
He has also made his international debut and is highly regarded by the Germany national team coach, Julian Nagelsmann.
