Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen gives cheeky answer on his lateral attempt to James Cook vs. Ravens

The Buffalo Bills defeated the Baltimore Ravens in the divisional round of the playoffs, largely off the strength of two Josh Allen rushing touchdowns and not turning the ball over. That said, Allen almost made a potential horrendous error late in the game.

While trying to sneak into the end zone, Allen was stood up by the Ravens' defensive front. While getting turned around, it looked as if Allen was going to try and pitch the ball to James Cook, but decided not to. Allen was asked if that crossed his mind.

"No," he said with a sly smile. Allen added that a younger version of himself would have tried to make the play.

"It may have crossed the mind, but yeah I didn't do it... the good guy one," Allen said pointing to his shoulder, signifying the angel and demon he has on either side of him.

The Bills will need another big performance from Allen this Sunday as they look to finally slay the dragon in Kansas City when they face the Chiefs with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line.
