Bryson DeChambeau had just signed for a 5-over-par 77 in the opening round of LIV Golf New York at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster on Thursday.
He was livid.
For a player who’s so precise and scientific in everything he does, DeChambeau had been far off his game, missing fairways and missing greens with erratic distance control.
After he putted out for par on the 18th hole to close out his round 12 shots behind playing partner and leader Joaquin Niemann, DeChambeau made a beeline to the practice facility.
