Bruno Fernandes sets exit deadline as Man Utd open to selling first-team players image

Bruno Fernandes has just days to decide his future at Manchester United, with Saudi side Al-Hilal pushing hard to seal a deal.

The club has reportedly given the Portuguese star a deadline of next week to accept a massive offer — both for him and United.

As per reports (backed via Daily Mail), the 30-year-old midfielder is said to be considering a three-year deal worth nearly £200 million in total, including bonuses.

Al-Hilal is ready to pay United around £100 million if Fernandes gives the green light. But time is ticking — he’ll have just 72 hours to respond once the final offer lands on his table.

United, who are still reeling from missing out on Champions League football and a £100 million prize pot, are in a tough financial spot.

Fernandes admitted after the Europa League final loss, “If the club thinks it’s time to part ways because they want to do some cashing in, it is what it is.”

Fire sale incoming for Man United?

It’s not just Bruno in the shop window. United are reportedly open to offers for nearly every big-name player this summer.

Rasmus Hojlund, who cost £72 million just last year, could leave for as little as £25-30 million. Marcus Rashford is on the market for £40 million, while Antony might be sold for nearly a quarter of his original £86 million fee.

And yes, Jadon Sancho could also return — if Chelsea pays up on a clause.

United fans might want to start learning squad numbers all over again, as Ruben Amorim plans a serious squad shake-up. While the club insists Fernandes isn’t for sale, their bank account may end up calling the shots.

With a new era looks set to begin at Old Trafford, no one’s seat is safe — not even the captain’s.
