The price to buy Brooklyn’s most expensive condominium has reached Olympian heights

This newly available $19.5 million penthouse residence is also the borough’s tallest — at Olympia Dumbo, Architectural Digest reported

A deep-pocketed prospective buyer can be in some famous company there. The celeb-friendly, 33-story building is also where Joe Jonas bought a $6.7 million, 2,654-square-foot unit, and where Brooklyn Nets star Ben Simmons showed off his $13 million home to Esquire Australia. It’s also where Oscar-winning musical theater star Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, of “Frozen’s” “Let it Go” fame, also reside, as Gimme Shelter reported

The spacious pad, known as Penthouse B, is a full-floor, five-bedroom residence featuring 552 square feet of outdoor space.

The 4,928-square-foot aerie takes up the building’s entire 32nd floor. It was designed by Interior Marketing Group. “Each room tells a story,” said IMG’s staging designer Katherine Anderson.

The home opens via a private elevator landing to a formal foyer and gallery that lead to an open living/dining area with views of Manhattan, the Brooklyn Bridge and the New York Harbor. There’s also a chef’s kitchen.

A main bedroom suite faces the Manhattan Bridge and comes with a spa-like bath and double walk-in closets.

Amenities in the new luxury building — now more than 50% sold — include a concierge, a shipwreck-themed children’s play area, indoor and outdoor lap pools, as well as the city’s highest outdoor tennis court. There’s also a gym, curated by Gronk Fitness, and a wellness center with a dry sauna, a hot tub, a steam room and a treatment room, along with a boxing gym and a two-lane bowling alley.

The developer is Fortis Property Group, with interiors and amenities designed by interior and architecture firm Workstead. Altogether, there are 76 units ranging from one- to five-bedrooms, plus a penthouse, starting at $1.75 million.
