The Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens have needs at tight end, and could look into making a trade with the Buffalo Bills to address the position.
Pro Football Focus's John Kosko lists Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid as the team's most valuable trade asset for the rest of the offseason.
"Trading Kincaid would allow the Bills to recoup significant draft capital to address those needs. His youth and production would make him one of the most attractive options on a relatively thin tight end market," Kosko wrote.
A first-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, Kincaid has yet to have the dynamic breakout season we've been waiting for.
2025 was a solid year for Kincaid's career, as the Utah product tallied 571 yards and five touchdowns and was selected to his first Pro Bowl. However, that is a decline from his rookie campaign in 2023, where he posted 73 receptions for 673 yards and two touchdowns.
Buffalo shouldn't give up on a young and promising talent like Kincaid yet, but it wouldn't be crazy for the franchise to at least field offers for the 26-year-old.
Despite adding receiver help for quarterback Bo Nix by trading for Jaylen Waddle from the Miami Dolphins, tight end is still a glaring need for the Broncos, as Evan Engram is currently slated to be the starter there.
Acquiring Kincaid would give Nix another explosive young playmaker and continue the youth movement on Denver's offense.
As for the Ravens, their depth at tight end behind Mark Andrews is completely gone with Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar departing in free agency.
Kincaid would form a nice duo with Andrews and serve as the eventual replacement for the veteran.
It's unlikely that the Bills move Kincaid, but it's also not impossible. A fresh start somewhere else could unlock Kincaid's game and lead to a long-anticipated breakout for the tight end.
