Brock Lesnar has been absent since Wrestlepalooza when he was able to destroy John Cena and hand him his worst loss of his retirement tour, but there are rumors that he could be set to make his return next week on WWE RAW and step inside WarGames.
This is Brock Lesnar, he has a flair for surprises, and he could swerve the WWE Universe and make his return tonight on SmackDown instead. There has been some talk about him potentially becoming LA Knight's mystery opponent as part of "The Last Time is Now" tournament, which could be a massive shock.
LA Knight has been pushing to be taken seriously for much of his career and someone like Lesnar could definitely force him to step up his game. Not only that, but Lesnar hasn't wrestled on WWE SmackDown since 2019.

With the talk of John Cena's retirement tour, it could be time for Lesnar to think about his future in the ring, and much like the man he defeated at Wrestlepalooza, he could be looking to cross off several items from his bucket list first.
Will Brock Lesnar return on WWE SmackDown?
Brock Lesnar was on WWE SmackDown when he was facing John Cena and when he attacked Corey Graves. Of course, Graves is still part of SmackDown and his return on the blue brand would allow him to address the attack, if WWE wants to pick up that story.
The former World Champion is one of a number of stars, including AJ Styles and Rey Mysterio, who are also looking to walk away from the ring in the near future.
The Beast Incarnate has been away from the company for two years and has a lot left to do before he hangs up his boots and that could begin tonight on WWE SmackDown.
