Shilo Sanders and Shedeur Sanders are two of the most famous siblings playing football. But while their relationship is public knowledge, there’s a fan who wasn’t too sure how the two are related.
In a video that has since gone viral on the internet, the fan asked Shilo if he was Shedeur’s son, to which he reacted hilariously. Shilo responded to the question in between a long bout of laughter:
“I’ve never heard that before, bro. Oh my God! I’ve never heard that combination before, bro! Am I Shedeur Sanders’ son? Bro just asked me if I’m Shedeur Sanders’ son. You gonna be famous, bro. Bro, I’m about to post this on my Instagram, bro, and my TikTok and YouTube.”•

“You’re good, fam. I’m Shedeur Sanders’ son, I guess now, bro, even though he’s younger than me, bro. I don’t know how does that even work?”Shilo Sanders was shunned at the NFL Draft earlier this year, going undrafted, unlike his brother, Shedeur, who was selected in the fifth round. He subsequently signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent and was handed some playing time in the preseason.
However, an incident in the preseason game against the Buffalo Bills marred his experience with the Buccaneers. Shilo was ejected from the game for punching Bills’ tight end Zach Davidson following a play.
Bucs head coach Todd Bowles would describe the punch as “inexcusable” in the league, and Shilo was waived days later on Aug. 26. He was also fined over $4,000 by the NFL for the punching of Davidson.
Shilo Sanders teases next venture after NFL experience
Shilo Sanders continues to serve content to his fans through his lifestyle vlog on his YouTube channel. On Nov. 11, he posted a video on the NASCAR speedway sponsored by a betting app. He wrote in the video description box:
“I went to a NASCAR race for the 1st time EVER thanks to Fanatics Sportsbook!”
He then stated in the video (3:06)
“I want to do NASCAR now. I like the sound of them engines.”Shilo played under his famous father, Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders, at Jackson State and later Colorado before leaving college. He initially enrolled at South Carolina, where he spent the first two seasons of his college career in 2019 and 2020.
