Travel professionals will be able to access the platform, complete their registration and enter the event’s virtual lobby ahead of the October programming. From there, they can explore virtual booths, discover participating destinations and companies, access content and identify the experiences, suppliers and information most relevant to their clients and businesses.

One of the key benefits of registering in advance is the opportunity to schedule 1:1 meetings directly through the platform. After exploring the participating exhibitors, professionals can select the representatives they would like to meet and choose available time slots for conversations during the Virtual Roadshow, building their own meeting schedule before the event begins.

Early access is therefore more than an opportunity to preview the platform. It is a preparation stage for the Roadshow itself, giving each professional the opportunity to determine what they want to discover about Brazil, which suppliers they want to connect with and which conversations may be most valuable to their business.
